Al Gore Cleared Of Sexual Abuse Allegations

Looking as if he's in the clear, Al Gore has been notified that allegations of sexual abuse stemming from a 2006 incident have been dismissed due to a "lack of credible evidence".With the investigation stemming from claims that the former VP inappropriately touched masseuse Molly Hagerty during a massage session at a Portland hotel in October 2006, authorities have since dropped the investigation due to "insufficient evidence to support the allegations".With Gore denying any such misdoings via his lawyer, his spokeswoman, Kalee Kreider, revealed that the 62-year-old is "pleased" with the outcome. She tells, "Mr. Gore unequivocally and emphatically denied this accusation when he first learned of its existence three years ago. He respects and appreciates the thorough and professional work of the Portland authorities and is pleased that this matter has now been resolved."
